How Will FB + Twitter Search Deals Affect Local?

Someone raised with me the possibility that the just-announced deals between Bing and Google and Twitter (and Facebook with Bing) could impact local and SMBs. I’m sure that’s true. It’s not entirely clear how it will play out at this point.
