Follow Tweet is a new webbased Twitter tool to read conversations top down. All Twitter users know how hard it is to follow a conversation in twitter. For every tweet you have to click “in reply to “. With Follow Tweet you open the tweet you want to follow and then click a bookmarklet. Then Follow Tweet shows you the whole conversation.
