The cape reminds me of one of “the Incredibles” scene where many superheros met with untimely deaths because their capes got caught into something.

It’s a very smart move. Consumers want that confidence. I just wonder the logistics behind it. How can they really “make it right”. What if a provider screws up a $30,000 kitchen remodel and the consumer sues the contractor and superpages for the guarantee?

Excellent way to address the customers #1 fear (getting screwed over by a tradesperson) and lowering the sales barrier.

Its been used in the old Discovery channel commercials! I have yet to figure out who plays it!
