Classified Intelligence has estimated that Craigslist will generate $81 million in revenue in 2008, according to this item in the Wall Street Journal. That would be up from an estimated $55 million in 2007.
There are 25 employees at Craiglist. If the projection is correct that would be the eqivalent of $3.24 million in revenue per employee. Silicon Alley Insider does more chewing on the numbers and figures that CL is worth $5 billion in total.
