Monday Deals: Navteq, Telefonica-Yahoo!

Yahoo! also launched a number of search upgrades (local is a piece of it) and announced a major partnership/mobile distribution deal with Spanish telecom company Telefonica that impacts users in 15 countries in Europe and Latin America. More on that on Local Mobile Search.
