As an analyst, I focus on how the Internet and digital media impact offline consumer purchase behavior. That also means I follow:

- Multi-channel marketing (online shopping, offline buying)
- Social media
- Small business adoption of online advertising
- Online video
- Traditional media efforts to transition revenues online
