Kelsey Group Bought by Unknown Firm

First Forrester acquired Jupiter; now little known BIA Financial Network, a financial research firm, has reportedly acquired the Kelsey Group. Terms were not disclosed.

At least for the time being apparently the Kelsey Group will remain intact and continue to operate independently. As with all such deals, over time that’s likely to change.

On a personal note I hope that some of the folks there are getting a decent return from this deal, which is likely an “earn out” (I’m speculating).
