While this isn’t new online and for some of Superpagpes non-YP competitors, the publisher has added more user-generated content features to its site. From the release:
With the new functionality, users can now:
- Edit business listings and business profiles – Tell us more about their favorite businesses, what products or special services they offer, and the type of payment methods they accept.
- Add or view photos – Share pictures of a favorite local restaurant, hair salon, or show other users how big the stage is at a favorite concert hall.
- Add or read blogs – Share additional comments and information about a favorite local business. Find out what’s going on in a local community and discuss it with other Superpages.com users.
- Add or read reviews – Write a review on Superpages.com and let everyone know what you think.
Superpages continues to be the most progressive and experimental of the yellow pages publishers with its online properties. Undoubtedly other IYPs will add some of these capabilities soon as well.
