Google Analytics Adds Local Features

Google is now providing heatmaps down to the city level to indicate where traffic is coming from geographically. Enquisite was the only analytics tool, that I’m aware of, to do this previously.

Obviously this allows marketers to better target customers in specific local markets. It also would enable the use of the Internet as a tool to help design or improve traditional marketing.
