This is typical of Google overexpansion, reaching out in Microsoft-y ways and trying to squash smaller businesses (what was their motto again? "Don't be evil"?). But as with Microsoft, it won't work. In fact Jingle does have sponsors and advertisers. Jingle has already grown pretty big recently, and as they grow their database will expand. They've already got a great system in place, and live agents. And so they're miles ahead of everyone else in this game - even Google.
