Per Danny Sullivan on the Search Engine Watch blog, Yahoo! has hooked up with Helio, a joint venture between Korean wireless carrier SK Telecom and EarthLink targeting younger consumers. The parternship will offer a range of Yahoo! services on the Helio service: search (incl. Local), mail, IM, news and sports.
Here’s the full release. It will be interesting to see if Yahoo! or Google ultimately try their own MVNOs.
